Giving back

As an agent, I’ve noticed a significant increase in the number of women struggling to regain their footing in the market after the end of a marriage or partnership. Many face challenges such as lower incomes, career disruptions and the added responsibility of raising children on their own. Limited resources, outdated skills and financial insecurity make it difficult for them to secure property. However, I believe women can build a strong financial future through smart real estate decisions, whether it’s finding the right home or exploring investment options such as rentvesting. Unfortunately, homelessness in the form of sofa-surfing is becoming increasingly common, with many women choosing to sleep in their cars due to a lack of affordable housing options, whether through rental or homeownership. I choose to donate to The Forgotten Women as my way of giving back, in acknowledgement that we need to do better as a collective community.
